Dr. Pat Pachciarz®
The quarterback nobody else was willing to be.
You're the hero of your practice. Dr. Pat Pachciarz®'s job is to bring the playbook, the coordination and the education.
25 years of coordinating experts
Dr. Pat Pachciarz® is the Founder of Pinnacle Coordinated Wellness and Founder & CEO of The Pinnacle Group in Aurora, Illinois.
He spent a decade inside one of the most prestigious private client environments in the world. He watched the same pattern again and again. Every expert was good. Nobody was calling the play. “After 25 years, I realized the problem wasn't the products. It was the gaps between them.”
Most people first knew him as an athlete: captain of his college basketball team, then a shooting instructor for the Chicago Bulls Training Academy and the National Association of Basketball Coaches. Basketball lit his love of fitness. Fitness is the door that led to everything he built next.
Healthcare has the same gap he saw in finance. So he's bringing the coordination playbook to the practitioners who carry the care.

A mission of giving back
Pinnacle Coordinated Wellness is about metabolic clarity and functional medicine: understanding our own bodies, and what we need from there. When someone needs more support, we bring in a therapist.
Dr. Pat Pachciarz® is living it. He's been on a brain SPECT imaging protocol for about 10 months and calls it life-changing: “You can actually see what's going on in the brain.”
Pinnacle Coordinated Wellness was built to give back, through the GIVE BACK® Foundation. Veterans hold a special place in our hearts. PTSD touches the whole family, and we want every veteran, and every practitioner who serves them, to feel seen and remembered.
“Jill and I are blessed by God, and we want to give back. This is our purpose and vocation.” — Dr. Pat Pachciarz®
Technology will never replace human connection.
Our systems handle the repeat work so people can do the human work: remembering names, stories and what matters to each patient.
- The Harvard Study of Adult Development, begun in 1938 and now directed by Dr. Robert Waldinger, is one of the longest-running studies of adult life. Its researchers report that close relationships, more than money or fame, keep people happy throughout their lives, and are better predictors of long and happy lives than social class, IQ or even genes. (Harvard Gazette, 2017; university source, not peer-reviewed; Harvard Study of Adult Development; university source, not peer-reviewed)
- In one of the study's peer-reviewed papers, couples in their 80s who were more satisfied in their marriages kept their happiness steadier on days when their health felt worse. (Waldinger & Schulz, 2010)
“Trust is the hardest thing to scale, and the best thing to scale.”
Education before engagement.
- Plain language. Short sentences. Real examples.
- Peer-reviewed research only.
- “Here's what you should understand” instead of “here's my protocol.”
- Every health topic ends with questions to ask a licensed clinician.
